Binding and hinges sound. Treatise arguing in favor of open Holy Communion across denominatons of the Christian (Protestant) church, primarily targeted at exclusionary practices of strict-Communion Baptists. Author was the Rev. Leonidas Rosser (1815-1892), a Methodist minister who served as chaplain to the University of Virginia in 1842-1843 and as editor of the Richmond Christian Advocate, 1858-1860. 7.5" tall; 237 pages.
