This appears to be a reprint; the original title page is provided following the title page of this volume: The Spectator, No. 556, Friday, June 18, 1714. No editor is identified, although possibly the editors are Addison and Steele. Binding is sound. Pages are tanned, with heavy reading wear, some dampstaining, wear to corners and edges. Boards are missing entirely, although the worn leather spine is attached securely. Daily English publication. Although it had a small circulation, it was widely known and widely read. 6.75" (17 cm) tall; 317 pages.
