Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following:

We also welcome purchase order transactions from academic and public libraries.
Shipping
Our shipping rates are as close to actual postage cost as possible. The following rates assume books of average size (approximately 1 to 1.5 pounds in weight). If your order is significantly lighter in weight, we'll adjust the rate to reflect the actual postage. If your order is significantly heavier, we'll email you with the postal cost so you can authorize any additional postage.
Generally we ship by USPS, but at your request we are happy to send your book by UPS or FedEx.
In the US and US territories, we offer both media mail and priority shipping. Media mail is $3.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Priority mail is $6.50 for the first book, $4.00 each additional book. Delivery confirmation is included with all shipments.
To Canada, first class international is $13.00 for the first book and $6.00 for each additional book. Priority mail international is $18.00 for the first book and $16.00 for each additional book.
To all other destinations, first class international is $18.00 for the first book and $10.00 for each additional book. Priority mail international is $24.00 per book; unfortunately USPS rates do not allow us to offer a discount on this class of shipping.
Refunds
Refunds with return cheerfully accepted for any reason. Normally the buyer pays the cost of return shipping. If the return is necessary because we made an error in our description, we pay for all costs of return.
